These terms govern your use of businessprospector.com. The site is operated by iLeads Ltd (trading as Business Prospector, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These are separate from our Terms of Business, which govern the services we supply to clients. If you are a client, both apply. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

1. Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only: to read about our services, to contact us, and to book a call. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent, or is intended to harm the site or anyone using it.

You must not, without our written permission:

• scrape, harvest, crawl at scale, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the site;
• reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the site for commercial purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious or technologically harmful material;
• submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited marketing.

We may withdraw or restrict your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

2. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this site and everything published on it, including text, layout, graphics and the Business Prospector name and marks. Those rights are protected by law. You may print or download extracts for your own reference, provided you do not modify them and you keep any notices intact. You must not use any part of the site’s content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.

3. Accuracy of information

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it as the basis for any decision. Statistics, examples and illustrations shown on the site - including any sample records, campaign panels or calendars - are illustrative and do not represent a specific client, prospect or guaranteed outcome.

Any commitments about what we deliver, including volumes and guarantees, are those set out in your order and our Terms of Business, not on these pages.

4. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice. Parts of the site rely on third-party services - for example the booking calendar - whose availability we do not control.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the site.

These terms cover use of the website. They do not limit our obligations to clients, which are set out in our Terms of Business.

7. Security

We do not guarantee that this site will be free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own device and software, and for using your own virus protection.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. Check back occasionally - the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
