Fleet prospect data, scored on live buying signals

Up to 100 UK fleet operators every week who have just done something that suggests they are in the market for what you sell - with the decision-maker’s details* and the first email or LinkedIn message already written. Your team runs the outreach.

The problem

A list of fleet operators is not a pipeline.

You can buy a list of every fleet in the country tomorrow. The problem is that on any given week, almost none of them are buying. Good reps burn the month working through names in no particular order - not for want of effort, but because nothing in the list tells them who to call first. The handful who were genuinely in the market get contacted in week four, by which point somebody else has had the conversation.

Prospecting inverts that. We monitor 140,000+ UK businesses with vehicles continuously, split into fleet bands, and surface the ones where something has just changed - the ones worth a call this week, not this quarter. Around 4,000 buying signals are live at any moment; you get the ones that match what you sell.

What you get

Every record arrives ready to work.

Not a name to research from scratch. Each of the 100 records carries the signal, the angle and the copy - everything a rep needs to make the first contact a relevant one.

Company and fleet profile
Operator name, sector and predicted fleet-size band - 1-2, 3-9, 10-20, 21-99, 100-250 or 250+ vehicles - so you can see straight away whether they are worth your time.
The buying signal
What changed, and when. Every record carries the signal that put the operator in front of you rather than a generic firmographic match.
The outreach angle
A written explanation of why this signal matters and what to lead with, so a rep does not have to interpret the data themselves.
Verified decision-maker contact*
Name, role, direct work contact details and LinkedIn profile URL for the person who signs off the purchase. Included with full enrichment; standard enrichment provides generic business contact details only. Named contacts are personal data, so they carry additional GDPR obligations on you as controller.
A first-touch email
Written around that operator’s signal, ready to copy, paste and send. No template merge fields to fill in.
A LinkedIn message
A short opener for the same contact, for reps who work social alongside email.
A priority score
Every record is scored so your team works the hottest operators first instead of top-to-bottom down a list.
Competitor exclusivity
No operator in your competitor group receives the same record. You are never pitching against a rival working from identical data.

*Standard enrichment (£297/mo) provides generic business contact details - a main business number or a general address such as info@. Full enrichment (£497/mo) adds the verified decision-maker: name, role, direct work contact details and LinkedIn profile URL. Fleet sizes are predicted from available data and may occasionally be wrong. Because full enrichment identifies a named individual, that data is personal data and carries additional obligations on you under UK GDPR - see the FAQs below.

How it works

From public record to a rep’s inbox.

  1. 1

    We agree your target profile

What you sell, who buys it, and the fleet sizes worth your time. That profile decides which signals are yours and which belong to somebody else.

  2. 2

    We monitor continuously

Public fleet data and multiple other sources and searches are checked weekly for the changes that precede a purchase.

  3. 3

    We score, enrich and write

Matching operators are scored, the decision-maker is identified and verified*, and the first-touch email and LinkedIn message are written around that specific signal.

  4. 4

It lands where your team already works

Your dashboard, a Slack channel, a Google Sheet or straight into your CRM - every week, without anyone having to ask for it.

What Prospecting does not include

We do not send anything on this package. The copy is written for you, but your team sends it, follows up and handles the replies. If you would rather that ran without you, look at Outreach.

Who it suits

Best if you already have people to work the data.

A good fit

  • ✓You have reps or a BDM to work the data - or want their research time back
  • ✓Your team already sends outreach and wants better targets
  • ✓You sell into UK fleets - tracking, cameras, telematics, fuel, insurance, finance, maintenance or hire
  • ✓You want the smaller operators in the mix - bands start at 1-2 vehicles, and at 74p a prospect they pay their way
  • ✓You want to own the relationship from first contact

Probably not

  • ✓Nobody has time to run outreach consistently
  • ✓You have no sending infrastructure and don’t want to build one
  • ✓You want appointments in the diary rather than data to work

Appointments may suit you better →

If you’re the one doing the research

This is the bit to forward. Prospecting doesn’t replace the person prospecting - it hands them the week’s shortlist, already scored, with the contact and the opener written. The job stops being finding someone worth calling and starts being the call.

Questions

Prospecting, answered.

How many prospects do I get?

Up to 100 scored prospects every week on the Prospecting package. Volumes on Outreach and Appointments are scaled to the campaign instead.

How do I receive them?

However suits your team: a dashboard login, a Slack channel, a Google Sheet, or pushed straight into your CRM. Most teams pick the place they already work.

Where does the data come from?

Publicly available sources - the DVSA operator licence register, FORS accreditation records, Companies House, trade directories, company websites and others - plus third-party providers who verify and enrich contact details. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy lists them in full.

Is the data exclusive to me?

Yes. No prospect we deliver to you goes to another client in your competitor group for as long as you are an active client. It does not mean nobody else is contacting them - only that we are not handing the same record to your rival.

Do you run the outreach on this package?

No. Prospecting gives your team everything they need to run it themselves, including the first-touch copy. If you would rather we wrote and sent the sequences, that is the Outreach package.

What is the difference between standard and full enrichment?

Standard enrichment at £297 a month gives you generic business contact details - a main business number, or a general address such as info@ or contact@. Full enrichment at £497 a month adds the verified decision-maker: their name, their role, direct work contact details, and their LinkedIn profile URL.

Can I use the data for paid advertising?

Yes, on full enrichment. You can export a list and upload it to LinkedIn as a Matched Audience, or to other platforms as a custom audience, so your ads run in front of the same operators your team is emailing. Standard enrichment does not support it, because matching depends on the named decision-maker rather than a generic business address. Note that once you upload a list you are the controller for that processing: you need your own lawful basis and privacy notice, and the advertising platform’s own terms on audience uploads apply.

Does full enrichment change my data protection obligations?

Yes. Generic business contact details - a switchboard number or an info@ address - are not usually personal data. A named decision-maker’s details are, so once we deliver them you are a controller of personal data in your own right. That means maintaining your own privacy notice, honouring opt-outs promptly and passing any you receive back to us so we can apply them across every client. Clause 6 of our Terms of Business sets out what we ask of you, and our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we handle it.

What does it cost, and how long am I tied in?

Prospecting is £297 a month with standard enrichment, or £497 a month with full enrichment. At the full 400 prospects a month that works out at 74p per prospect on standard enrichment, or £1.24 on full. Fees are monthly and payable in advance. All prices exclude VAT. The minimum term is one month, after which either side can give 30 days’ notice.
